*All fundraisers go to support PTSO events, carnivals, and field trips for our students. In addition we also raise funds to support bigger item purchases such as the shade sail over the playground and equipment for our music teacher as well as other projects. If you’d like to donate directly to the PTSO, contact a board member.*

Please join our PTSO for our first meeting of the school year. We will be discussing upcoming events, preparing committees for upcoming events, filling parents in on volunteer opportunities, and discussing upcoming fundraisers. Family Movie Night Fundraiser!
Presale: August 31-September 7
Pickup: September 9th
Riverbend Prep PTSO is teaming up with Blockbuster Video and Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake for a fun family fundraiser!
Watch your child’s backpack for a purple order form from which you’ll choose your pizza, movie selection and soda. Pizza will range in price from $11.99 to $15.99 depending on topping choice. The movie (PURCHASE, not RENTAL) will be $5.00 (More information on titles to come), and a Two Litre of Soda will be available for $1.00. Order forms MUST be completed and returned by Wednesday September 7th, 2011 and pizzas MUST be picked up on Friday September 9th after school and before 6 PM. The pizza can then be taken home and baked fresh to e at!
The PTSO will be calling to remind you to pickup your purchases on Thursday, September 8th. Any pizza not picked up will be donated to the local fire station on Friday the 9th as our school does not have the facilities to store the perishable pizza.

Join us for our SECOND annual fall festival and trunk or treat! Join us for games, food, and fun. The event will be free for all families to attend. Booth tickets will be sold before the event at a discount or at the door. Decorate your car for the trunk or treat and possibly win a prize! Come support our school and enjoy a nice, safe time with your family.
Family Photo Fundraiser!
Presale: Oct. 31-November 3rd
Sessions: November 4th and 5th
Preserve your family memories and help raise funds for our school! On November 4th and 5th come and have your family photo taken by professional photographers for your home, holiday cards, or simply for fun! The sitting fee will be $10.00 per group and prints will start at $5.00 per sheet, or $20.00 for CD with a photo release (so you can print your photos wherever you like!) You can also order holiday cards through this fundraiser in time for sending! Both photographers are parents at our school and are donating 100% of the profits back to Riverbend PTSO.
Watch your child’s backpack for the instructions for scheduling your sitting starting the week of October 31.
