Melissa Aguilar

Hello! My name is Melissa Aguilar, I am the Family Liaison at Riverbend Prep. I am originally from New Jersey but moved to Arizona 3 years ago. I received my bachelor’s degree from Lasell University in Massachusetts with a focus in deaf-blind education. This is my 2nd year at Riverbend Prep, and I love every second of it!

I have a true passion for working with our young learders!  Helping each child progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor—is a challenge that I am honored to accept daily.  I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment. 

Fun Fact: I got Married in June 2022, and we are saving for an anniversary trip to Switzerland!
